Prior to admitting any child, a pre-enrollment interview will be conducted so that parents and child/ren can meet with me the program director (Ms Williams-Rouse) and I can meet with them.
During this pre-enrollment interview, we will discuss your individual needs and will explain our program to you. If we mutually agree to enroll the child/ren you will be given a copy of the Family Information Handbook, and several forms to fill out. Medical statements, application forms, and the executed Parent - Provider contract will be completed prior to the first day of care. Failure to complete all forms may cause a delay in the start date.
